Also to be call Champagne the winery need to follow a specific fementation method call methode Champenoise which a secondary fermentation taking place in the same bottle. Although the method champenoise is well used in the wine industry .The most common fuzy wines names are Sparkling, Mousseux, Cava, prosecco and Crement.
