The Chablis region located in th e to the west of the city of Dijon in the north of the Burgundy region in France.Chablis wine region became an appellation in 1938 . This estate his own by the Millet family since the 1960s .Since then the family have extented their vineyard to 9ha of Petit Chablis, 3ha of Chablis and 1ha of Premier Cru Vaucoupin. Tasting notes: Light bodied .Stony and mineral but also lightly honeyed. The palate is tangy with crushed sea-shell and stone fruit and the acidity is crisp, balancing the richness of the palate.
