The wines of the Western Cape range from sturdy and light red to aromatic white wines.The vineyards benefic cooled by breezes off the Atlantic ,very similare weather condition with some French vineyards .The Highveld is not a cheap wine it is very pleasant, an easy drinking and good qualities wine offering all inpected from a entry level .
Tasting note: A pale colour with a green tinge. It has a floral nose with hints of lemon grass ,citrus with a zest of tropical fruit flavours. On the palate it is dry with lively balanced sour fruit and lemon.
