The Waipara wine region lies in the north of the city of Christchurch where the growing conditions are characterized by a wide range of soil types, coupled with the natural sun-trap of the valley thanks to the shelter from the coastal hills. The Muddy Water Pinot Noir is only available in small quantities each year. Crop levels are purposely kept very low, giving super-concentrated fruit.A world class Pinot Noir
